Tinned Copper Wire
Electrolytic and hot-dip tinned copper wire produced from 99.9% pure ETP copper, available in soft-annealed and hard-drawn tempers across 0.15–3.25 mm diameter. Tin coating from 1–20 µm delivers ≥100% IACS conductivity with outstanding corrosion resistance, solderability, and shelf life for marine, automotive, solar, and flexible cable applications. Certified to ASTM B33/B246 and IEC 60228.
Tinned Copper Wire — Performance Data
ETP copper base with electrolytic or hot-dip tin coating, conforming to ASTM B33/B246 and BS EN 13602. Coating continuity per BS 6360 Cl.9.1.
