Engineered for Long-Span Transmission

Bimetallic Design
Aluminium strands carry the electrical current while the galvanised steel core provides mechanical strength. This combination delivers high current capacity with the tensile strength required for long spans and heavy ice loading conditions.
Superior Tensile Strength
Approximately twice the breaking strength of equivalent AAC conductors, enabling longer span lengths with reduced sag. Steel core ratios from 6/1 to 54/7 allow optimisation for specific project requirements and environmental conditions.
Tested and Certified
Every production run tested for breaking load, DC resistance, dimensional accuracy, and lay ratio. Full material traceability from aluminium rod and steel wire through to finished conductor with test certificates provided.
