Insulation Paper

DMD Insulation Paper

Polyester film bonded between two layers of polyester non-woven fabric and impregnated with F-class resin. Used as slot liner, slot closure, and phase insulation in motors and as inter-layer insulation in transformers.

DMD insulation paper for motor and transformer applications

High-Performance Motor & Transformer Insulation

Three-Layer Composite
Polyester film sandwiched between two layers of polyester non-woven fabric, creating a balanced structure with film strength and fabric flexibility for demanding motor and transformer applications.
F-Class Resin Impregnation
Thermosetting resin impregnation provides thermal stability up to 155°C (6641-F) with excellent resistance to thermal aging and chemical exposure. B Class (6630) rated at 137°C.
Mechanical Flexibility
Non-woven fabric layers provide tear resistance and handling durability during motor winding operations, reducing assembly defects and ensuring reliable long-term performance.
