Polyurethane resin sourced from Altana Chemie (Germany) provides IPX8-rated waterproof insulation engineered for continuous submersion in borehole and deep-well pump motors. The coating system resists moisture ingress while maintaining dielectric strength throughout the motor's service life.
Class F & Class H Options
LV submersible motors use Class F (155 °C) polyurethane insulation for EWSM applications. HV submersible motors step up to Class H (180 °C) with polyimide film composite insulation for EOSP applications, handling higher thermal demands of deep-well and industrial pump systems.
101% IACS Conductivity
